Spare ribs cooked in half an hour, stewed and then grilled, charred outside and tender inside.
You can buy rib ribs with some cartilage to make them taste more enjoyable!

Step One

Soak spareribs for 5 minutes to remove blood and water, remove and dry with kitchen paper

Step Two

Heat up a small amount of oil in a wok and fry the ribs on both sides until golden brown (The meat with cartilage will be thicker, fry for a while)

Step Three

Pour in boiling water just above the ribs, add a little salt and a little soy sauce (be careful not to add too much to make it salty)

Step Four

Cover the pan and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Open the lid to collect the sauce (this time, the air fryer can be preheated to 200 degrees)
