Spare Ribs With Garlic
Soak spareribs for 5 minutes to remove blood and water, remove and dry with kitchen paper
Heat up a small amount of oil in a wok and fry the ribs on both sides until golden brown (The meat with cartilage will be thicker, fry for a while)
Pour in boiling water just above the ribs, add a little salt and a little soy sauce (be careful not to add too much to make it salty)
Cover the pan and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Open the lid to collect the sauce (this time, the air fryer can be preheated to 200 degrees)
Prepare to enter the Air Frying
Roast at 200 degrees for 3 minutes, then sprinkle in (cumin powder ➕ cayenne pepper ➕ Minced garlic ➕ Chopped basil and parsley. Continue baking at 180 degrees for 4 minutes.)
