Note: The product is only cooking with iron material cookware or induction specified cookware. The cooktop has an output power of 1800W in total, meaning if one element is set to 600W, then the second one has to be set to less than 1200W (the total power cannot exceed 1800W).
Problem and Possible causes:
E0 -Without Cookware or Incompatible cookware used
E1 - Low-Voltage
E2 - High-Voltage
E3 - Top plate Overheat
E4 - Top Plate Sensor Open Circuit
E5 - IGBT Overheat
E6 - Top Plate Sensor Short Circuit
E7 - Switch button connection
What to do:
Without Cookware or Incompatible cookware used When showing error signal E0, E3, E5, please check whether the cookware is not suitable, or switch on the appliance again after it is cooled down naturally.
